We partnered with our client to bring together data from across the refinery into one clear view of operations. AI models highlighted where throughput was being constrained and flagged risks before they caused downtime. The system then suggested practical actions — from rebalancing feedstock to adjusting process loads — and integrated them into existing operator workflows. The result was a refinery that ran closer to its true capacity, with fewer interruptions and stronger yields.
