We started from three convictions.

The sector is starved of top-caliber data scientists and ML engineers — that talent went to consumer and software, not the plant floor. The result is noise: for every plant running something real, thousands of landing pages promise value that never ships.

Fewer than 5% of plant managers have real-time intelligence on their process. Of those, most are wealthy parent companies who could afford bespoke builds. Floor intelligence shouldn't be a luxury good.

Real-time manufacturing data has a short half-life and enormous mass, and most of it is confidential. Shipping it to the cloud is the wrong problem. The engineering should point at one thing: making intelligence run in the plant, next to the process it serves.

Design engineer who spent over a decade building data analytics products, including 7 years at Palantir building the Foundry platform, and later leading 0→1 product design at Brex and Bastion.
Founding Engineer
Former AI engineer at Volvo and published AI researcher specializing in robotics and industrial intelligence. Builds scalable architectures that enable real-time reasoning across multimodal sensor, machine, and operational data.

Industrial IoT expert and former IoT lead at Georg Fischer. Hakim is rebuilding the connective layer of the factory—making it radically faster and easier to integrate sensors, machines, and legacy systems into reliable, intelligent edge infrastructure.

Serial founder of Fabrik Labs and MortyAI and former Founder in Residence at Antler. Karim operates at the edge of applied AI, deploying frontier models on-premise with the reliability, security, and performance required for mission-critical industrial environments.
